A team of trainers working together for 3 years at a local well known successful gym decided to go on their own and finally materialize what in many conversations seemed like a distant dream.

The determination of putting together knowledge, service, quality equipment and a cozy environment led this professional trio to a mission. Opening a space with a short deadline and a limited number of resources. What started small, grew to be a medium size studio with an expanding vision in sight. As we like to say: "This is only the beginning."

Every single detail brings much of our clients. The way they think, the way they exercise and most importantly, the way they imagine fitness. Our vision was merged with an infinity of preferences that when combined brought to life a special and fun product.
